Samsung has announced prices for its new NX10 hybrid camera, a smaller, mirrorless alternative to a DSLR which offers interchangeable lenses.
We first had an opportunity to see the NX10 system camera in action at the Consumer Electronics Show 2010 in Las Vegas.
The NX10 has a 14.6Mp sensor and all the functionality of a digital SLR, including full manual focusing, priority modes for aperture and shutter speed, a hot shoe connection and interchangeable lenses. However, as the NX10 doesn't feature an internal mirror and pentaprism, its body is smaller and lighter than a DSLR.

The NX10 is Samsung’s answer to the Micro Four Thirds format developed by Panasonic and Olympus. Like the Panasonic and Olympus models, the Samsung NX10 omits the mirror box to create a smaller camera.

Three units are available in the S-series including the HMX-S15 and HMX-S16 that are the world’s first camcorders to have integrated Wi Fi and DLNA connectivity and the Samsung HMX-S10 with no WiFi.

Samsung announced the HMX-S10, HMX-S15 and HMX-S16, the new S-Series of full HD digital camcorders.

The HMX-S15 and HMX-S16 are the first camcorders to boast Wi-Fi. In the camera world, where unique features are all the rage, there's now a choice of Wi-Fi snappers such as Samsung's own ST1000 and the Nikon Coolpix S52c.

Samsung is definitively extremely aggressive nowadays on the Photo world, and announced including the NX10 4/3 camera, some nice little Point & Shoot like the CL80 for example.

Touchscreen cameras, dual-screen point-and-shoots, even a pocket mega-zoom with a high-speed burst mode: Here are the newest cameras from Panasonic, Casio, Sony, and Samsung.

LAS VEGAS ? Samsung’s new CL80 compact camera is a curious machine. It is less like camera and more like a camera-phone, packing in everything you’d expect of a modern phone, except the phone itself.

For the pros, the NX10 features a Samsung NX mount for interchangeable lenses (which, yes, means lenses photographers have on-hand can’t work), in-depth manual controls, image capture all the way down to ISO 3200, and optical image stabilization. The camera will also shoot H.264 HD video, and users can push those out to a big screen via HDMI.
