Brad Murphy is a Lead Engineer for rPath in Raleigh, NC. He has over 11 years of experience in the software industry for Fortune 100 companies and startups including senior level positions in software architecture, engineering, and professional services. Brad has worked
on everything from point-of-sale systems to Java encryption key management systems to rich user interfaces. He is currently focused on designing rich Flex-based user interfaces and the REST APIs behind them and specializes in model driven architecture. I'm currently working as an Analyst Programmer and Assistant Database Administrator for the Research Information Systems Unit, a Division of Public Health Sciences in the Department of Biostatistical Sciences at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. In a nutshell, I build web applications for Clinical Research Studies, I've been at Wake for 7 years now and have been programming in ColdFusion since 1998. I'm a Mac lover who is looking forward to finding some time to create useful Flex, Air and iPhone applications.
